
Regina LoBosco eRYT:
Is the Director of The 200 hr Yoga Teacher Certification Program.
She has studied formal yoga
for over 25 years. Regina is a licensed massage therapist, registered
nurse and works in care management in Good Sam Hospital. She studied
under Gurani Anjali for 17 years until
her death in 2001. Regina has completed advanced training in Yoga Nidra
Integrative Restoration (i Rest) level II with Richard Miller, Yoga
Therapy, Hatha and Iyengar yoga. She is
a consultee of Patanjali
Kundalini Yoga Care with Joan
Shivarpita Harrigan and Swami Chandrasekharanand Saraswati. Regina is
the grounding force of YDC. Just being in her presence is enough to
make you feel calm, centered and more open. Her
specialty is guiding the student into the inward journey.

Matthew Pecorella RYT:
is the Director of Yoga Darshana Center and a Teacher and
student
of classical yoga for over ten years. He became a certified yoga instructor at Yoga
Darshana Center. Matthew has taken advanced training in iRest Yoga
Nidra
Meditation with Richard Miller, Restorative yoga, Iyengar yoga and
more. He is a consultee of
Patanjali
Kundalini Yoga Care with Joan
Shivarpita Harrigan and Swami Chandrasekharanand Saraswati. Matthew has
a way of bringing people together and making things
happen.
He has a
gentle, loving technique that guides the student into the pureness of
the heart.
Heather’s
Casale RYT:
Heather otherwise know as (Yoga Mommy) is the office manager at Yoga
darshana Center. She received her certification
from Yoga Darshana Center. This
was the natural progression of her sincere love of
yoga. As a wife and
stay-at-home mother of three lively children, she sought out yoga as a
means to deal with stress and to exercise. She found these
benefits,
and so many more. Yoga has become her life’s passion and she
finds
delight in introducing others to the life changing effects it has to
offer people from every walk of life. Heather has been trained in the
Iyengar method under the guidance of Elaine Fruchtman and Jeff Logan.
She has a very calm, grounded, friendly approach to teaching with clear
& precise instruction.

Susan Benigno RYT: Susan is a certified
Yoga Instructor from Yoga Darshana Center. She received advanced training in
iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation with Richard Miller. She is also a consultee of Patanjali
Kundalini Yoga Care with Joan
Shivarpita Harrigan and Swami Chandrasekharanand Saraswati. Susan is a
lover of
life. When she laughs, the whole world laughs with her. Susan is known
for her strong intuition and understanding of life. Her nickname at the
center is Wise Sage.

Dan
Elfawal, MS, RYT:
Dan is a special education consultant who specializes in
behavioral therapy. His passion for yoga, children, and connecting
with others has brought him to practice and get certified at the Yoga
Darshana Center. Dan is filled with life and known for his energetic,
loving nature. He always meets the students where they are. When you
meet Dan you will feel like you have known him forever.

Heather
Kash RYT: Heather is a Registered Yoga
Teacher. She
completed her yoga teacher training here at the Yoga Darshana Center.
Heather
teaches a class that is inspired by the power of breath,
softening/opening of
the heart, and trusting in one’s own strength, while being
compassionate,
intentional and present. She has an abundance of gratitude for yoga, as
it has
empowered her to explore within her own practice “on” and “off” the
mat.
Sharing the gift of yoga as a teacher brings great joy into Heather's
life.

Barbara
Goubeaud RYT: Has
been a student of yoga and meditation for more than twenty five years.
She completed her yoga teacher training at the Yoga Darshana Center in
2008. She is always ready to share her love and knowledge of yoga. Her
style of teaching is eclectic. Yoga has served her well in her
professional role as a computer analyst and programmer and in her
personal roles of wife and mother of two. What you see is what you get
when your with Barbara. She is as pure as a Yogini can be.
Barbara Furlani: Knee injuries and
shoulder dis-ease brought Barbara Furlani to yoga, which healed her and
delivered her from eminent surgery. This
transformed her career out of the western medical establishment into
life as a yoga instructor. Since certification, Barbara has also
studied Ashtanga with Lino Miele in Rome, Iyengar alignment and anatomy
with Rodney Yee, and the Anusara heart-centered approach with john
Friend. Moving through cancer
survival in 1982 to thriving well-being, Barbara has experienced the
potential we all have to evolve beyond fear into healing and love, and
uses this teaching of empowerment as the foundation of her personal
style
Dolores
Burns MA: Dolores began her study and
practice of Classical Yoga under the guidance of Gurani Anjali, Founder
of Yoga Anand Ashram. Gurani Anjali pronounced her a teacher after 11
years. Dolores’ quest for the truth has brought her to Patanjali
Kundalini Yoga Care where she takes instruction from Swami
Chandrasekharanand Saraswati (a Vedic Vedanta monk in the Saraswati
Order) and Joan Shivarpita Harrigan. Dolores has taught at many venues
on Long Island since 1997 including: Yoga Anand Ashram, Yoga Darshana
Center, local libraries and adult education classes. In 2006,
Dolores became a Registered Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance

Elaine
Fruchtman:
certified Yoga instructor eRYT: a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
Practitioner and Group facilitator also teaches yoga to people of all
flexibilities. Elaine specializes in stress- management,
wellness,
and yoga for people with special needs, including yoga for expectant
moms. She is razor sharp in her classroom instruction, alignments and
adjustments with her students.

Debra Jensen eRYT:
Is a Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer &
teaches yoga to breast cancer survivors since 2003. She is currently
attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Deb is well known
for her in dept wisdom of the physical body. She has a vibrant
personality that makes everyone feel at home.

Jeff Logan:
is the co-owner of Body and Soul Fitness & Yoga Center in
Huntington. He is currently on the Board of the Iyengar Yoga Assoc. of
NY & an Officer of the Long Island Yoga Assoc. where he writes
the
Asana Column for its quarterly newsletter. He is certified in the
Iyengar tradition and he is frequently involved with yoga in the media.
Jeff is known for his in-depth, yet light- hearted approach to teaching
asana. When you meet him, you will see why everyone loves Jeff..

Tamara Page: RYT500 Tamara is
the founder of Discover & Recover®
Inc., an organization promoting wellness of body, mind and spirit
through the practices of yoga, meditation, devotional chanting, and
hypnosis. Tamara shares her experience and facilitates growth to those
who are inspired to live more fulfilling lives physically, emotionally
and spiritually. Tamara’s experience includes teaching in
hospitals, schools, corporations, workshops, community classes and
private instruction.
