Surrounded by the Long Island Sound and 26 acres of beautiful scenic trails, this peaceful environment will provide a womb for a transformational and restorative weekend.

Vegeterian Meals Meditation For Stress Release Sunrise & Sunset

Participants have the option of staying for the entire weekend or Saturday only.

All meals are cooked fresh right on campus with whole foods only.

Benson House An historic, three-story house, overlooking the Sound with spectacular views of the sunset. This beautiful house has 3 floors and sleeps 2 people per room with bathroom & shower. All linens are included.

A full refund is available up until 60 Days before the starting date. No refunds are available after that time and a 50% CREDIT will be issued towards a future retreat.


Please let us know in advance if you have any health concerns, special needs or dietary/allergy meal requests.

We highly recommend that students attend the full program to get the best possible restoration experience. If you feel the inner calling to skip a class for rest or to enjoy some alone time then we encourage that as well.
