In the Saturday morning session, Rudy will guide you through a Dynamic Gentle Vinyasa practice, fueled by an accessible yet powerful pranayama sequence, before, during and after asana. Yoga invites us to expand awareness, increase sensitivity and discern subtler and subtler sensations so that we may see our energy, emotions and thoughts as they rise, pass through and fall away. Ultimately yoga brings us to freedom, into the steadiness of the observer, the transcendent mind quality of non-reactive noticing. It is the prana that takes us on this inner journey.
