The number of both children and adults suffering from anxiety and depression is staggering, reaching epidemic proportions. There are, however, basic tips that can be practiced to shift negative emotions into positive ones. In this workshop you will learn about the basic causes of emotional imbalance and natural ways to address these causes. Areas discussed will be sleep, hydration, positive thoughts, nutrition, exercise and the use of essential oils. You will leave empowered with the tools needed to live your most fulfilled life. A brief chair yoga class and guided meditation will follow the presentation.
