Integrative Meditation

Do you feel anxious about going back into the world after a period of chaos and uncertainty?

Are you feeling stuck in areas of your life and are searching for ways to move forward?

Are reoccurring thought patterns and negative emotions keeping you from living a life of peace and happiness?

Integrative Meditation sessions help to bring awareness to the various parts of us that need attention and removes the obstacles that keep us from realizing our true nature. These introspective sessions are a meditative dialogue that takes place between the teacher and student. During this process, pure awareness becomes the guide and inner psychologist. As layers of repressed and unwanted experiences are fully welcomed, the pain grip begins to loosen, insights come and there is more clarity, freedom and a better quality of life.

In an Integrative Meditation private session, you will be sitting back in a reclined chair and made very comfortable to engage in a process of deep inquiry. Your soul will determine the course of each session and the teacher’s role is to provide a safe container for you to welcome your experience, moment to moment. We will work with physical sensations, emotions, belief systems and pure being.

All sessions are held at Darshana, Facetime or Zoom
