Yoga on the beach is good for the soul. Join with the Darshana community during the auspicious cycle of the full moon for a special half day summer yoga retreat. The day begins with sunrise yoga, meditation and mindful movement at Robert Moses field #2 then continuing at Darshana for a healthy breakfast and more mindful goodness.
