Acoustic Sound Bath

Experience a deep state of relaxation and vibrational balance with resonant blissful healing frequencies and rhythmic patterns. Relax the nervous system, balance emotions, boost confidence and productivity, improve sleep, experience deep physical, mental and emotional healing. Tabytha will be using unique healing instruments such as the harp, gong, Native American flute, Rav Vast drum, frame drum, kalimba, tanpura, flow chimes, Koshi chimes, crystal chalice, Tibetan sound bowls, crystal bowls, Shruti box and vocal toning. Acoustic Sound Bath is usually received lying down. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, towels or anything else needed to support this deep meditative experience.
