Through yoga, mindfulness practices, soul talks, sound healing with world-renowned musicians, nature walks by the Long Island Sound, fireside rest, and nourishing meals, expect to experience profound states of deep relaxation, peace, connection, openness, an overall sense of wellbeing and a fresh new perspective about yourself and your life.

Arrive at Camp DeWolfe, take in the crisp autumn air, and gather in community to open the day with grounding intention.

Awaken the body and uplift the spirit through yoga accompanied by live mantra music. Ed Ryan’s original compositions and soulful sing-alongs will carry you into joy and presence.

A Celebration of Flavor & Tribute to the Roots of Yoga
Food is sacred. Both meals served during the retreat are vegetarian, lovingly prepared, and designed to nourish your body and support your spiritual practice.
For lunch, enjoy a vibrant Indian feast lovingly prepared by our gourmet chefs, a delicious tribute to the Eastern roots of yoga, always a highlight of the retreat. In the evening, we’ll gather again to share our beloved homemade Buddha Bowls, crafted with care by the Darshana community and filled with wholesome, nourishing ingredients. To close the day, delight in a surprise organic dessert, a sweet offering to celebrate the joy and warmth we’ve shared on this day.
