Fall Satsang 2022
More than ever in our hectic busy world, we need the opportunity to come together, slow down and discuss life, trying to make sense of things. Much of our own pains and stresses come from feeling disconnected from one another. Coming together can help to heal these feelings of isolation and separation. There are no experts in this Satsang community. What will make this Satsang powerful is open hearts and minds to sharing and listening to others. By sharing and listening, we can sharpen and deepen our own practice.
The focus of this group will be on living a more mindful life and what that means in thought and practice. We will be using the book, “Buddhish, A Guide to 20 Most Important Buddhist Ideas For the Curious and Skeptical,” as a way to guide our discussions.
To prepare for the first session, please obtain a copy of the book and read the first 4 chapters (32 pages).
