  • nina triolo.jpg
    Nina Triolo

    ERYT-500, YACEP

Nina discovered yoga during a trip to  Sedona, Arizona 16 years ago. As a software developer, it  became a way of switching off the analytical part of her mind  and de-stressing from the demands of her profession. It has  kept her grounded when life spiraled out of control and brought her back to health after a debilitating and life changing illness. It was the healing power of her practice that inspired her to become a teacher and share her love of yoga with others. Nina chose to study with Darshana because of their 'Yoga for Everyone' philosophy and welcomes students of all levels

I cannot say enough about the Long Island Yoga Teacher Training Program at YDC. The program offers vast knowledge of yoga philosophy, history, and practice, and has opened my eyes and heart to the many dimensions of yoga. It has helped me to expand my conscious awareness, and to deepen my spiritual and physical practice. The teachers were brilliant and inspiring, and my classmates were beautiful spirits that I feel blessed to have as friends. ~Kristen Curley
