We often see life through the lens of past experiences.

This keeps us from seeing the miracles that are waiting for our attention.

Mindfulness Photography encourages us to take a step back into a more expansive field of awareness. This shift opens intuition and allows for divine beauty to be revealed in the now moment. It’s a process that begins to transform not only our photography but all areas of our life. It’s like coming home after being away for a long time.

The Discovery phase of Mindfulness Photography is all about connecting more deeply with nature, being present, shifting perspectives and learning a few basic photography skills to start capturing moments of divine beauty.

These sessions are about an hour and usually meet outdoors in local parks or arboretums. All that you will need is an iphone/camera and cushion or towel for sitting/kneeling on the grass.

Please come with an open heart and mind as we embark on this journey of inspiration and creativity together.

Your Instructor

MATTHEW PECORELLA

Photography has taken me through the depths of despair as well as the many joys of life. The journey began about ten years ago taking pictures on vacation to reflect back upon. Over time, my interest grew, especially after being inspired by some very talented photographers. I started watching videos, learning skills, studying photos and spent many hours going out in nature capturing images. My connection with nature deepened and I would often loose time and receive inspiration and messages during nature walks. My approach shifted from actively looking into relaxing and opening to the now moment and allowing for divine beauty to reveal itself. This was a very subtle yet profound shift and it completely changed the course of my life.
