Laughter Yoga
Laughter yoga involves a series of movements and breathing exercises to promote deliberate laughter. It’s used as a remedy for physical, psychological, and spiritual ailments. Intentional laughter provide benefits equal to those of spontaneous laughter such as boosting the immune system and allowing for feelings of happiness and joy.
Cost: $20 paid by December 1st - $25 After
