GLOGA is our glow in the dark yoga class where movement feels playful, the music is turned up, and the room comes alive with glowing rings and neon energy. Enjoy a feel good flow that is easy to follow with options to add a little extra if you want. We also provide glow flow stickers for your yoga mat to help guide your practice in a fun and visual way. Expect big smiles, laughter, and that rare feeling of being fully present. Wear white or neon if you have it. Come as you are, bring a friend, and leave feeling lighter and energized.
